Data Submitted in Forms
Our Website currently has three Fluent forms that collect and store user data.
Contact Us Page
This form allows users to contact us about various issues or questions regarding Moebius Theatre or our website. It requests your name and email, in addition to whatever information you choose to share in the “message” field.
Production Archive Feedback form
This form, which we request that only current and past members of the company use, is simply to let us know of any information they might have to correct or add to our show archives. It also lets them let us know if they’d like to become involved with the company again. It requests name and email address, as well as information that will allow us to identify the person as a former Moebius member (former name and years of involvement).
Neither of these two forms listed above are connected to any type of mailing list subscription. The data is forwarded via email to various company or board members based on the subject, and these people may contact users individually only about the topics they discuss in the form.
Auditions (Join the Mayhem) Page
This form allows users to sign up to be notified about opportunities to become involved with Moebius and/or to learn about upcoming productions. It requests a person’s name and email address. Data submitted is integrated with Fluent CRM to allow periodic emails to be sent to people when the email concerns a topic the user indicated they wanted to hear about.
This form uses Double Opt-In to confirm that explicit consent is gathered and verified via confirmation emails before one is put on any mailing list. Users may change the lists they subscribe to by resubmitting this form. Every email a user receives directly via Fluent CRM mailings lists will have an Unsubscribe link that will allow them to opt out of all communication. If a user is contacted directly by a Moebius member, they can simply reply to that email to let them know they do not wish to receive any further contact.
About All Our Forms
All the forms are integrated with Cloudflare Turnstile to detect and prevent spam submissions. Please see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for further information. Anyone who wishes to have their name and email data purged from Moebius system may request this using the form on the Contact Us page. This is not a completely automatic process, so please be patient.
How long we retain your data
Data is retained indefinitely or until users request removal as described above, unless we determine that the data is likely spam in which we will likely delete it right away.
What rights you have over your data
If you are a company member or have submitted a form on this website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
